AITS has a wide range of Federal contracts available to meet your specific information technology (IT) needs. These contracts include Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) based upon GSA Schedule rates.
The Small Business Association (SBA) administers two particular business assistance programs for small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs). These programs are the 8(a) Business Development Program and the Small Disadvantaged Business Certification Program.

A solutions-based Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle, COMMITS delivers IT services and solutions utilizing a streamlined acquisition methodology.
Established in 1996, GovWorks is one of several Federal government Franchise Funds designated by the Director, Office of Management and Budget. GovWorks receives no appropriated funds from Congress, and is a self-sustaining organization and a model enterprise for government. A Federal Acquisition Center under the Department of the Interior, GovWorks delivers value to Federal (both civilian and military) agencies throughout the acquisition process by using best practices, responsive customer service, and regulation compliance. GovWorks facilitates Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Fixed Price Level-of-Effort and Time and Material contracts.

A Government Wide (GWAC), multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract, Connections is GSA's newest one-stop shop for equipment, support services or customized solutions.
Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services
A small business set-aside contract for technology solutions, GSA 8(a) STARS replaces the 8(a) FAST small business contract which expired in 2004. 8(a) STARS is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract vehicle.
GSA Schedule 70 provides government agencies with information technology (IT) and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. The Schedule is currently open for use by federal, state, and local government agencies. There is no maximum order limitation.

TIPSS-3 is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for task orders to provide systems support, security and business services for the Treasury Department and its agencies. AITS offers strategic business services under TIPSS-3, including modernization of paper based organizations through implementation of cutting edge technologies utilizing large scale systems across functional areas; support services in the acquisition of high level project management skills and tools for managing, tracking, reporting and transitioning large scale systems and for maintaining configuration management controls; and provides support for the special computer and human interfaces often required to provide equal access to information resources for employees who have physical or sensorial disabilities.
